For the love of Chai (lattes)

Here’s my fav winter warmer ‘homemade chai latte’ recipe 250ml almond milk (or whichever milk suits you) 1tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cardamom 1/2 tsp clove 2 slices of fresh ginger 1 black tea bag 1tsp maple syrup ( or honey ) 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla essence Heat milk, spices and ginger in a small saucepan to a gentle simmer Add tea bag for 5 mins Stir in coconut oil, sweetener and vanilla Strain and serve in your favourite mug


You can enjoy the beautiful health benefits of warm spices this winter with my homemade version as it has WAY less sugar and no preservatives/additives unlike other store bought versions.
