G.F Rum Balls
3 Cups gluten free brioche buns, crumbed
1 Packet gluten free arrowroot biscuits, crushed
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 Cup desiccated coconut
1/2 Cup strawberry jam
1/2 Cup coconut oil, melted
4 Tbsp rum
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls
Chill in fridge and enjoy .. Merry Christmas
*any gluten free cake or similar will do
*using jam as your sweetener gets you away from all the sugar in the traditional condensed milk
